How does EuroProAds get my property information for
advertising?
During the
order process you will be asked to insert the MLS # or
multiple MLS numbers, depending on the service you wish
to order. EuroProAds retrieves all data from your MLS
listing including facts, photos, description, etc.
Please make always sure that you
state the complete MLS # so that EuroProAds can identify
the location/city of the listing you wish to advertise.
How many photos and
how many characters of
description can be published?
Depending on
the media mix EuroProAds selects we publish up to 10
photos. Please make sure that your MLS contains
attractive photos. We also translate up to 500
characters from your MLS property description; this is
normally also the maximum characters what you can submit
to the MLS. Please make sure to have a comprehensive and
appealing description in the MLS. And please remember:
Prospective buyers from overseas want as much
information as possible before they go on a plane and
come for a showing.

What advantage has advertising with EuroProAds compared
to Realtor.com?
Theoretically foreign buyers can receive information of
US real estate property provided by Realtor.com. But
overseas’ buyers mostly use keywords in their own
language to search the Internet. EuroProAds uses
keywords in native language and provides prospective
buyers with a translated property description. Thus
properties can easily be found in overseas’ search
engines like Google.de, msn.de, aol.de, Yahoo.de, etc.
Mostly their results are limited to the native language
and subsequently do not show results from Realtor.com.
Is
there a European equivalent to the MLS?
No. Since
there is no MLS system in those countries where
EuroProAds advertises your listing, traditionally real
estate is offered by advertising. Realtors are far less
involved into buying and selling real estate as this is
in the US. Therefore most buyers look up the information
what is provided either online or in traditional real
estate magazines. Of course the online services have
been overtaken the popularity of newspaper and magazine
ads in recent years, especially when it comes to foreign
real estate property.

For how long will my advertising be up and running?
EuroProAds
will advertise your listing for six (6) months.

How does the
order process work?
EuroProAds
only accepts online orders. After you have ordered and
we have received your payment we process your order and
we will send out a confirmation as soon as your ad has
been published. At this time you will also get as
publishing proof a link to your ad.
